30-Day Exchange Policy for Damaged Items or Issues

We only accept exchanges if the item is damaged or if there are other issues with your order.

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage or issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for customized items unless they are damaged or there are issues with your order. Please feel free to contact us at support@sakurasignatures.com if you have any questions.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that customized items are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged only if they are damaged or if there are issues with your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
